Squad 13: Niko Oksanen was the best in the final squad

The best in the final squad of the IHC qualifiers was Niko Oksanen with a score of 1388. He already took his third squad win and also made his best score. He advanced to the top 14, meaning that his final competition starts on Sunday.

The final qualifying squad was really lackluster, as apart from Oksanen’s score of 1388, no other results that would qualify for the final competition were seen.

Oksanen had a clear reason for playing in the final squad.

– The goal was to get a score that would be enough to get into the top 14 qualifiers.  I succeeded in that and therefore I can be satisfied.

Cuts for top 14 in A-final are 1369, A-final for top 41 1296, B-final for youth 1201 and under 16 Isabel Eigo with a score of 1074, general series 1267 and seniors 1173.

The first part of the B-final starts at 17:00 and the games will be played in a best of three system.
