The B-finals were bowled in three groups: youth, general and seniors. 12 players from each group made it to the B-finals. Only Jaana Taavitsainen from the seniors and Risto Partinen from the generals failed to arrive, so their opponents Santtu Juutilainen and Henry Laine advanced, as long as they had bowled two games.
In addition to Laine, Anton Andersson, Leevi Saikkala, Alex Joki, Pontus Falkhäll and Jere Oksanen also advanced from the first round in the general series. In the youth, the first match was won by Stella Lökfors, Tomas Tissarinen, Emma Palermaa, Olli Sievers, Robin Miklas and Louie Dawson. In the seniors, in addition to Juutilainen, Kai Virtanen, Panu Nurmilo, Reija Lundén, Petteri Salonen and Timo Raatikainen also advanced.
In the second round in the general group, Falhäll defeated Oksanen 2-1, Saikkala Andersson 2-0 and Joki Laine 2-0. In the youth group, Lökfors defeated Dawson 2-0, Palermaa Tissarinen 2-0 as well as Miklas Sievers. In the senior group, Raatikainen defeated Lundén 2-0, Juutilainen defeated Virtanen 2-0 and Salonen Nurmilo 2-1.
These nine players will continue to the A-final’s first section with the qualifiers ranked 15-41, where best of five matches will be played.
